Together we will build 1,000 new and affordable homes by 2030 whilst pooling local resources, protecting greenbelt, and investing directly back into local communities.

Locations have been earmarked across Bootle, Netherton, Seaforth, Crosby, Formby and Southport, for development.
Phase One will deliver 400 homes for affordable rent and homeownership. As part of this first phase, the former Bootle High School on Browns Lane will be redeveloped.
