What is it?
Plans for St Raymond's will transform a vacant former school site into a high-quality residential development, delivering 49 much-needed homes for local people in Netherton.
Located on the former St Raymond's School Playing Field at Harrops Croft, the proposed development will provide a mix of one, two, three and four-bedroom homes and bungalows, offering a range of affordable housing options, including affordable rent and homeownership opportunities.

The proposals have been shaped by identified local housing need, with a focus on delivering family homes alongside specialist one-bedroom accommodation. By providing a diverse mix of homes, the development aims to help meet demand from individuals, couples and families.
